These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of trekking, climbing, expedition, and adventure travel services offered through Crest Summit Treks.
By accessing this website or booking any service, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Activities
Trekking, mountaineering, and expedition activities take place in remote natural environments where conditions may be unpredictable.
Participants acknowledge that such activities involve inherent risks including high altitude, rapid weather changes, difficult terrain, rockfall, avalanches, landslides, and limited access to medical facilities.
Participation in these activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
3. Role of Crest Summit Treks
Crest Summit Treks acts as an independent organizer and facilitator connecting clients with licensed local operators, guides, and expedition teams in destination countries.
Operational services such as guiding, logistics, transportation, and permits may be provided by independent local companies.
4. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once the participant receives written confirmation and pays the required deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip according to the conditions communicated during the booking process.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
5. Travel Insurance
All participants must have valid travel insurance that covers trekking or mountaineering activities, including medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance before the trip.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to follow the instructions of guides and expedition leaders, respect local cultures and environments, and maintain responsible behavior throughout the trip.
Participants must also ensure they are in adequate physical condition for the chosen activity.
7. Health and Physical Condition
Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit for the chosen activity and must disclose any relevant medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate safely.
8. Changes to Itinerary
Mountain travel is subject to weather conditions, safety considerations, transportation issues, and other factors beyond the control of the organizer.
For safety reasons, itineraries may be modified during the trip.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for compensation or refund.
9. Force Majeure
Crest Summit Treks shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, political instability, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participants acknowledge that trekking and mountaineering activities involve inherent risks.
Crest Summit Treks cannot guarantee the success of a summit attempt or the completion of a planned itinerary.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken with full awareness of potential risks.
11. Use of Images
Participants may appear in photographs or videos taken during the trip.
Unless explicitly refused in writing, participants grant permission for such material to be used for promotional purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or participation in the activities shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip, submitting a payment, or participating in any activity offered through Crest Summit Treks, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Participants also confirm that they accept the version of these Terms and Conditions in force at the time of booking.
Where applicable, participants may be required to sign additional documents before departure, including (but not limited to) a participation agreement, liability waiver, and/or booking and cancellation policy.
